This phase includes visioning and planning your dream home or remodeled space. Working with our design team, or yours, we will help you create a set of permit drawings (if needed). We can also help you prepare drawings and specifications of your final designs.
This phase includes builder input on the design decisions for your project with respect to cost and feasibility. We can also help develop an initial concept budget and later a full bid package once the drawings are complete. As we get ready to submit your drawings for permit we can develop a construction schedule.
Our in-house staff of craftspeople and trusted subcontractors will lift your dreams from the plans to your new home. We carefully plan and manage the entire process using our experience from diverse projects and building types and a keen eye for detail. Whether matching existing finishes or installing the latest in cool tech gadgets, we have the expertise to lead the way.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. In larger projects we include a 6 month follow-up visit as part of the process just to make sure everything is working well.
